30 Days to Healthy Living & Beyond

After indulging in Porto's amazing francesinha's and pastel de natas for 6 weeks, it was time for a detox.  I found myself quickly outgrowing my clothes and knew I needed to get healthier and slim down.  I’ve always felt it was important to test everything in my online store so decided to give our detox program, 30 Days to Healthy Living & Beyond, a whirl.

For the next 30 days, I avoided any inflammation causing ingredients: dairy, gluten, soy, refined sugars, coffee, alcohol.

Instead, I filled up on yummy vegan protein shakes, supportive essentials, fizz sticks, detox tea, veggies🥒🍆, lean proteins🐟🐔, good carbs 🍠, and good fats 🥑. 

Fast forward 30 days, I'm 15 pounds (7kg) lighter, have amazing energy levels, my skin has that k-beauty chok chok glow, my naughty food cravings have disappeared, and my hair has become shinier, stronger, and thicker thanks to the biotin in the shakes.  My exercise routine remained the same, consisting of yoga, pilates, and long walks. I’m pretty impressed at how significant a change in diet can affect your body composition.

Life Post Detox
It’s been 2 weeks and I have continued to stick with the principles of the detox 80% of the time by continuing to avoid certain ingredients and having at least 1 shake a day. I feel healthier and notice I just look and feel better when I’m getting all my nutrients in for the day. I rarely crave sweets or coffee and find the fizz sticks or herbal teas just much more enjoyable.  If you’re thinking of adopting healthier eating habits, desire a leaner figure, and/or want to rebalance your body overall, I highly recommend this program. What is the 30 Days to Healthy Living?
A nutritionally based detox program that helps your body eliminate toxins, create lean muscle, and melt any excess fat.  It focuses on nutritional rebalancing to reset your metabolism, increase your energy, reduce food cravings, and give you glowy skin. 

What comes in the program?
Vegan protein shakes, a pro & pre-biotic, greens balance powder, fiber boost, herbal tea, and fizz sticks!  A complimentary guide book is also included in all October orders. Here’s a short 5 minute video that takes you through the plan.  

What does a typical day look like?
2 shakes a day+ 1 healthy meals and snacks.  For those that want to ease their way into it, 1 shake a day and 2 healthy meals and snacks works as well. I've included a simple one sheeter below for those wanting to see an exact outline.
