Homemade Vegan Chocolates w. Raspberries
Nothing completes a meal for me quite like a little sweet treat and these yummy 3-ingredient vegan chocolates are the perfect bite. So easy & quick to make and also, a fun way to show some love to my mini soy sauce dishes.
WHAT DO I NEED?
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
3 raspberries (or strawberry / blueberries)
Ice Cube Tray (3 slots)
DIRECTIONS
Put coconut oil and almond butter into microwave for 30 seconds or over the stove to melt. Then mix to a uniform, liquid consistency.
Add chocolate protein powder to mixture and mix consistently. The texture will become more pastey.
Fill 3 ice cube slots halfway with mixture. Add fruit into each. Top off with remainder of protein mix.
Pop ice cube tray into freezer for 30 minutes.
Eat up!
