The Best 10-15 Minute Workouts

A helpful roundup of my favorite 10-15 minute YouTube workouts, perfect for your Miracle Morning routine or squeezing in mid-day. Getting fresh air is incredibly important and I make sure to go on a daily walk but I find it more comfortable to workout from home sans facemask so prefer starting my day with an online workout instead (well, after an Iced Turmeric Latte that is🙈). As I learned in The 5am Club by Robin Sharma, breaking a sweat first thing in the morning not only wakes you up and increases your focus, but also decreases your cortisol levels which are the highest when we first wake up. It helps us think better and faster, promotes neural brain cells, and most importantly releases dopamine that makes us happier.☺️

You guys know I live by the Miracle Morning and love that my May Miracle Morning Routine has been helpful to you so thought I would share some of my favorite at-home 10-15 minute YouTube video workouts as I’ve been discovering more great ones for some variety. I’ve been back in NYC for a month now and it’s been admittedly a tougher transition learning how to live these times in a city so working out more to break a bigger sweat has been key for keeping mentally healthy and handy as it keeps you fitter as well. I’ve been doubling up on two workouts to have a 20-30 minute sweat session.
